Welcome to Head & Neck Associates of Orange County. Please call our office to book your appointment at (949) 364-4361.

We are contracted with most insurance plans, accept self-referrals and cash patients.

If you belong to an HMO or PPO that requires pre-authorization, please make sure the visit has been approved by your insurance plan prior to making an appointment. Call our office and we will let you know if we received the authorization.

We do not obtain new patient authorizations for consultation from your insurance plan.

Any expenses deemed not covered by your insurance company will be your financial responsibility. See our Financial Policies.
